Outbound email delays affecting some customers on our west coast data center.

  • 12:23pm PST: We are working to resolve the cause of the outbound delay affecting some customers in our west coast data center.
  • 12:44pm PST: Still working to resolve the cause of the outbound delay affecting some customers in our west coast data center.
  • 1:05pm PST: We are working to resolve the underlying cause for the outbound delays affecting some customers.
  • 1:45pm PST: The issue with outbound delays has now been resolved & tickets will be processed as normal. Postmortem to follow.
