Voice Service Incident on 9 30 2015


As of 4:36 PM CST, we are working to resolve the following service incident:

We have identified possible issues with one of our downstream service providers are working to restore services affecting Voice. 

The incident was caused by an outage on our Voice provider's side, whereby users were intermittently unable to register for incoming calls or initiate outgoing calls. The incident was resolved as our provider mitigated the disruption.
