The issue has been resolved and all access to affected accounts have been restored.
On August 1st, 2015 9:00 pm PDT we responded to system monitor alerts and reports of performance-related issues for accounts at our West Coast data center while our Zopim environment in Europe was also reporting issues / performance degradation.
Investigation has confirmed that the cause of this incident was a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack. The issue was identified and service was restored at approximately 9:30pm PDT.
