We have investigated reports of the Zopim Dashboard not loading for some customers. The problem should now be resolved. We'll update with a Post-Mortem as soon as possible.
This issue was caused by a routing incident experienced by one of our CDN providers, making Zopim assets unavailable or slow to some customers. Our provider detected the incident at 15:47 UTC and declared full resolution at 17:17 UTC. They have reported a route leak in one of its upstream providers affecting its PoPs (Points of Presence) globally causing some customer traffic to route through Qatar. Zopim dashboards and other assets became responsive again once this incident was resolved on our provider's side.
On our side, we're working on designing a CDN backup solution (including geotagging) for Zopim.
