  • 2:35pm PST - We started receiving reports from customers encountering errors using Zendesk.
  • 3:21pm PST - Continuing to investigate widespread service impacting issues affecting customers. We appreciate your patience as we continue to investigate.
  • 3:45pm PST - We have identified the likely cause of this issue and service has resumed to normal. We will continue to closely monitor.
