We have confirmed reports of a service disruption affecting our EMEA data center. We are working toward resolution.

9:20 AM GMT+1/01:20AM PST: 

All known issues related to this incident have been resolved. We will publish a post-mortem on these events as soon as it is completed. 


This incident was due to intermittent issues experienced by our network provider and affected a small group of customers. Reports of problems with Zendesk subsided as the issue was resolved on our provider's side.
