We are happy to report that the performance issues affecting some customers are now resolved.
A database server crash caused some customers to not be able to load their tickets. Once mySQL was restarted, service returned to normal. This issue is related to the one from February 25th (see here for a full postmortem) and is under active investigation by our database administrator team and the 3rd party vendor.
Both of the clusters affected by the two incidents have recently been upgraded to a newer version of MySQL as part of a long-term project to improve stability.
