The issues with incorrect via channel types in tickets is now fixed.


This issue was caused by code that added a new "mobile" via channel type meant to be used on tickets created using mobile agent applications. A multi if-else statement in the code had a condition that almost always evaluated to true, causing the ticket types to be set incorrectly.

The code was reverted to return functionality back to normal.
