Scheduled maintenance June 30 2016 Outlook integration

We will perform scheduled maintenance on our integration with Outlook on Thursday, June 30, between 03:00 and 07:00 UTC (Wednesday, June 29, between 20:00 and 00:00 PDT). 

During this time, you will not be able to create tickets from Outlook. This maintenance will not impact actions taken in Zendesk itself. After the maintenance window, your Outlook integration will resume, and you will again be able to create tickets from Outlook.
