Access issues with our Asia Pacific Data Center has now been resolved, sorry for the interruption. Postmortem to follow zdsk.co/24UMO3o
Customers in on our APAC Pod experienced slowness and green screens during this incident. Investigation into the root cause is ongoing but initial findings point towards capacity (specifically memory in the proxies) as the issue was that there are only two proxy servers on this Pod. Reloading and restarting the nginx proxies brought the performance back to normal, resolving the incident.
To combat this type of issue, we are investigating increasing the size of proxy instances to defend against memory exhaustion.
